Start with the problem, not the package.
If you’re trying to reach the right audience, build a partnership, create something worth paying attention to, or untangle a revenue problem, tell me what you are actually trying to accomplish.
Sometimes the right answer is work directly with me. Sometimes it belongs inside Beard Bros. Sometimes the useful outcome is an introduction or a different direction entirely. I would rather figure that out before anybody reverse engineers a package.

The problems I’m most useful around
Revenue systems
Sales, marketing, partnerships, handoffs, accountability, and finding the actual bottleneck instead of treating every slow month like a lead-generation problem.
Partnerships & sponsorships
Finding complementary strengths, aligning incentives, defining ownership, and building something more useful than two logos sitting next to each other.
Media & audience
Story, format, distribution, audience fit, measurement, and building trust behind the attention rather than chasing impressions for their own sake.
Interesting problems without a neat label
Collaborations, events, ideas, introductions, and opportunities that cross enough boundaries to make a preset services menu mostly useless.
When Beard Bros is the right vehicle
As Chief Revenue Officer of Beard Bros Pharms and Beard Bros Media, I work across products, media, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and industry relationships. If the problem needs the Beard Bros audience, platform, capabilities, or team, I’ll route the conversation there instead of pretending my personal site is a second company brochure.
See how I think first

How it starts
Who are you trying to reach? What are you trying to accomplish? What have you already tried?
That is enough for a first conversation. Context is more useful than a polished pitch deck.
No decks before dialogue.
